About

Description: CoPingo is an interactive coping skills bingo.  Designed to teach and encourage the use of coping techniques throughout the week, CoPingo offers a fun way for young clients to manage their challenging emotions.  Coping skills bingo is a great way to teach kids all about things that they can do when they are experiencing difficult feelings or situations.  Bingo is a familiar and enjoyable format for kids and the structured format, with the goal of completing a row or column, provides a sense of achievement and progression.  It also provides autonomy as the child gets to choose the coping skills to populate their board as well as the order in which they are completed.

CoPingo introduces an interactive, digital element that includes animations, sounds, interaction, and colorful graphics to make the game engaging and appealing.

Ages: 4-8

Themes: Mindfulness, Anxiety Reduction, Emotional Regulation, Self-Awareness, Coping Strategies

As you enter CoPingo, you'll notice a series of 30 icons on the left side. Each icon represents a common coping skill for kids, from going for a walk to using positive self-talk. Simply click on an icon to hear each coping skill. It's helpful to review these with your clients before they start their board.
